Chris “Stranger” Lo is an aspiring Serial Entrepreneur.

Chris graduated top 1% in his class from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and returned to serve Singapore as a professional Army Officer for 23 years. He is a veteran who led a team of military trainers that mentored the Afghanistan National Army as part of the multi-national coalition military reconstruction effort in Afghanistan in 2012. Chris has over 12 years of experience in corporate planning, business development, and strategic resource management.

Chris is an active advocate and volunteer of charitable & nonprofit causes. He currently chairs the Children’s Charities Association of Singapore (CCA) – an umbrella organization of 6 children charities to raise awareness and funds for their special needs. He also sits on the Board of Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS), where he chairs both the Audit as well as the Fund Raising Committees. Chris is also a Commitment to Defense (C2D) Ambassador – a nonprofit that involves veterans passionate about imparting values to the next generation through sharing of their personal combat and operational experiences.

Most recently, Chris became a Founder by graduating from the Founder Institute Singapore program. He is also on his way to graduate from the inaugural NonProfit Directors Programme – a Board Professionalization executive programme jointly organized by the Singapore Institute of Directors & the Social Service Institute. Driven by his belief in Making the Positive Difference in service of others, and putting the convergence of his military & volunteer experiences towards Service, and the education bestowed on him for the benefit of others, Chris is now committed to founding his latest startup, Trusparensee, Inc., a Social Enterprise, aimed at providing affordable access to Trust & Compliance, wherever you are, whenever you want.

Chris is a Singaporean and married to Belinda since 1996. They have two daughters, Ashley (15) and Drew (10).
