Christopher Paskvan

Christopher Paskvan is a commercial real estate specialist with South Bay Realty, LLC specializing in strategic acquisitions, dispositions and entitlements of commercial real estate. His expertise lies in analyzing investment opportunities, creating relationships and raising capital within the Commercial Real Estate market. Prior to joining South Bay Realty, he worked with Property Source, LLC and Hutchinson Commercial, LLC as a commercial real estate specialist. Christopher has over 20 years of experience in brokered and/or personally syndicated real estate projects exceeding 500 million dollars.

In 1997, Chris began raising money and syndicating pre-development land holdings throughout the Las Vegas Valley creating value for future development. His skill set included negotiating, acquisitions entitling, financing, and dispositions. Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Chris spent eight years in the investment banking field specializing in providing Venture Capital services by raising money for various high-tech start-ups. This included negotiating with companies, putting together Private Placement Memorandums to facilitate the raising of capital and providing an exit strategy for these companies.

Chris has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1989 and received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Akron.
