I am a Junior currently enrolled in the Isenberg School of Management at Umass Amherst.

My short plan for my life as of right now is to complete my degree in Accounting and try to jump-start my career. I plan on having an internship this summer that will give me experience I need to strengthen my resume. I do love my college life right now, but a career life is very appealing to me.

My long-term goal is to have a long career in an Accounting firm. I love the idea of starting from the bottom of a company and using my strong work ethic to move up through promotions. My father had stayed with one company his whole life and the appreciation the company shows for him is the same appreciation I want in my life. My ideal job would be an accountant where my strengths can be maximized and my full potential can be reached.

Eventually I would like to be my own boss. This would be quite a ways down the road in my life. I would like to take all the experiences I learned over my career and use them to start a business of my own. This would be my dream, but i'm looking forward to my career in accounting first.
