Christopher Cheah

I am currently a student at Cal State Fullerton pursuing a degree in human resources.

I have coached youth soccer for the past 3 years year round and the skills I have learned will help me with this job. In my first season, we lost the first 2 games by more than 5 goals each, but we ended the season 6 and 4 and made it to the semi finals. Last year, both my teams took first place. I was able to find and utilize the talent that was available as well as develop my players. This year was different for me because I had my first losing season. Though my team lost a lot of games, parents are still happy with the season and the players are still having fun except for right after a loss. The retention rate for this team is 100% and every player has committed to return next season.
