I am an award-winning reporter, with more than a decade of experience, covered such events as the 2014 manhunt for the murderer of three RCMP officers in Moncton New Brunswick, interviewed influential and iconic Canadians like Anne Murray and Peter Mansbridge, encountered with five prime ministers and I have been recognized by my peers for my professionalism and volunteer work, which includes being a ground search and rescue team leader.

That's the exciting side of what I do.

The not-so exciting side of what I do looks a lot like sitting at a desk.

I'm a time-management ace, highly efficient at project design and execution, and a believer in having contingency plans.

So, it looks like I'm sitting at a desk a lot of the time.

But it's exciting.
