Founder and CEO of Corporate Sports Marketing LLC, King is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist and devoted family man. At age 22 King dropped out of college and started his first company, RBT Enterprises marketing air and water purification systems. A few years later, upon perfecting his sales and marketing skillset, King and his younger brothers became the first sales reps for a new stuffed animal company called TY, Inc. They quickly rose to become the marketing guru's behind the Beanie Baby craze of the mid 90's.

Chris went on to pursue his passion for sports, as the SVP of Sales and Marketing for an international sports marketing company. In July of 1997, he started Corporate Sports Marketing Group, a sales and marketing company that grew to 5 offices and 79 employees across the country. Under King's leadership, CSM Group went on to become the Official Publisher of Major League Baseball, NASCAR, and Amercian Idol as well as being a partner with the NFL, NCAA, and FOX, helping to increase revenues for some of the most respected brands in the world. King has built dozens of properties from ad agencies, publishing companies in sports, entertainment and technology, world class sports and entertainment events, and television productions.

An avid philanthropist, King has raised and donated millions of dollars for dozens of charitable causes most notably:

Camp Boggy Creek - a camp for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses founded by his friend General H. Norman Schwarzkopf

King recently moved CMS's corportate headquarters to Nashville, TN to accomodate it's rapidly growing music industry division. CMS Nashville boasts over 1,500 corporate clients with interests in music touring sponsorship, brand integration, artist endorsement and event sponsorship. CMS pairs brands with artists and events that are interested in mutually beneficial relationships.

King and his wife Holly now reside in the Brentwood suburb of Nashville, TN with thier daughter.
