CHRISTOPHER RAMIREZ, (Chris), is the Founder, Director and Motivational Rhythm Facilitator for Freedom Drum Circles, (FDC). Chris is a percussionist, drum circle facilitator, drum instructor, songwriter, arranger and producer. Endorsed by Remo USA, Chris is recognized for his unique and engaging approach as a drum circle facilitator. As a bilingual (Spanish and English) facilitator, he is often sought after for Spanish-speaking, rhythm based events. Having written music for commercials and television, Chris’ work is published on several labels including W.E.A. Latina Warner Brothers Latin Music Artist and Classica Moderna Records. As an extension of utilizing his musical talents and abilities to give back to others, Chris reaches many people of all ages and backgrounds with little or no musical experience and facilitates a memorable rhythm experience for all. His unique approach to recreational music and its benefits reach out to youth-at-risk, prisons, community events, corporate team building rhythm activities, special needs camps, senior camps, educational school programs nationwide. Chris is in the process of sharing the rhythmic benefits of drumming enhancing personal growth, social connection with others through a series of rhythm facilitator workshops and basic drum lesson.
