Chris Barton, Founder & President of outplacement and career coaching firm Barton Career Advisors, LLC, is a former Fortune 100 financial services Senior Vice President and has more than 15 years of experience working with professionals of all levels at some of the nation's top companies including credit card giant MBNA America and Citizen's Financial Group. Chris is a highly sought career transition expert, HR consultant and speaker. Chris received his MBA and BS from the Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware and holds the prestigious Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is a board member of the Metro Wilmington Boys and Girls Clubs where he also serves on the Development Committee. Chris supports his alma mater as an Executive Speaker for the Blue Hen Leadership program and presently serves as Programming Chair for the University of Delaware Class of 1992 20th year reunion. He is a former board member of the Mental Health Association in Delaware.
