Christopher Biddle

I thrive on building businesses and leading established businesses! I am always open to being approached for new, interesting, and challenging opportunities. I also enjoy doing whatever I can to help other people succeed, and realize their full potential. I spent my childhood in Wayne, Pa. When I was 15, we moved to Chatham, NJ when my Dad went to work in New York. I was lucky to make life long friends in both PA and NJ. My lovely wife, Donna and I were married in 1993. We have a sweet, beautiful, smart Daughter named Hope, who was born in 2001 and an adorable, equally smart Daughter Caitlin, who was born in 2006. After college, I worked on Wall Street for several years in Global Markets/Trading at Banker's Trust, BT Securities, and Societe Generale. After moving back to Pennsylvania and working for one of my uncle's companies in the Management Consulting industry, I started a company, Ideal Systems, Inc. (in 1994) which performed business and technical services (as well as large scale software products) for many Tier 1 Pharmaceutical manufacturers. A friend joined as partner in 1995 and the company grew steadily because we specifically hired the best employees in the industry. I sold the company in March of 2006 to GHX, Llc the world's largest online Med-Surg Exchange, which is Private Equity owned. I joined GHX under a special revenue share contract as Vice President of Solutions Architecture and Innovation. In February of 2008, GHX sold the division to a public company named I-many, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNY, now taken private as Revitas, Inc.) where I joined as Vice President of Life Sciences Strategy. In November of 2008, I accepted a Partner position at CSC (NYSE: CSC) as the Worldwide Solution Leader for Pricing & Contracting. I founded BCGAlpha, llc (www.bcgalpha.com), which is an entity that designs and executes advanced investment strategies for its own accounts. For 5 years, I was the CEO of IdealNet, Inc. (www.idealnetinc.com) which provides a variety of services for Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. For several years, I have held the position of Specialist Leader in Deloitte. In addition, I have served on the boards of several companies. In summary, I enjoy staying as busy as possible creating and deploying successful solutions for complex problems faced by clients and companies for turnarounds and entry into new market lines.
