Chris Walker’s (they/them) life work revolves around creating space for and uplifting marginalized communities in the arts and non-profit sectors. Equipped with a musician’s mind and museum exhibition background complemented by business training, they center marginalized storytellers with a combination of production, technical direction, and marketing as Head of Exhibition and marketing for OTV | Open Television. OTV is an Emmy-nominated intersectional television platform and artist incubator. Chris also regularly collaborates with cultural programming and event production agency, Luce Ends, which includes co-production of Drink Chicago Style, the annual cocktail industry gathering focused on moving the industry forward.

Chris served on the board of Lakeside Pride and is currently involved as a musician. Lakeside Pride is Chicago’s premier family of performance groups for members and friends of the LGBTQ community. They play the saxophone and guitar and are currently studying at the Old Town School of Folk Music.
