Operations Manager for specialty food division (Chef 2 Chef Foods) of Catanese Classic Seafoods. Like to circumvent the cable system by ingesting content via the Web and eating lots of cheese. Can't seem to find enough time to camp or get out into nature, but spends too much time looking at a video screen.
