Beautiful Blessing Boutique was started by a stay at home mom.

While shopping for outfits for her daughter one day she recognized the joy that lit up her child's face when she recieved a new outfit.

At her friends baby shower she noticed how excited the parents would get when they saw the cute outfits she picked out for her daughter.
