I specialise in interior fit out and joinery estimating. In a nutshell, I price from sketch ideas, drawings and design details from clients for their proposed works. Sometimes the design and the budget are somewhat different and the costs appear high, this is where I can explain, review and revise the details - using my industry knowledge to propose a more cost effective way forward to achieve budget ambitions. Depending on the size of project, this could be alternative materials, value engineering materials or processes and suggesting options to clients they may not be aware of, or a full appraisal of the overall scheme and breaking down each aspect to review.

I'm passionate about environmental sustainability, in particular, overpriced and over specified items with large carbon footprints and proposing options for saving time, money and the environment.

I'm English and currently living in New Zealand with my family. Being down to earth, I have a dry sense of humour, love music and interested in humanitarian causes, classic cars and motorbikes.
