A resident of Gillette, WY, Christopher Jeremiah leveraged a background as a college athlete and U.S. Army service member as owner of Thunder Basin CrossFit. Guiding the largest CrossFit gym in Gillette, WY, Christopher Jeremiah provided individualized training programs that met the needs of athletes of a wide range of fitness levels. Among the high school students he trained were those who went on to take part in NCAA Division I athletics. Recently, Chris attended the CrossFit Level 2 Trainers course at CrossFit Verve in Denver, Colorado.

One of the hallmarks of Thunder Basin CrossFit was its welcoming atmosphere, with Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom veterans able to access lifetime memberships for a one-time $50 payment. The CrossFit location also hosted a successful 2013 fundraising event that brought in more than $3,500 toward breast cancer research.

While attending high school, Mr. Jeremiah competed on three championship cross country teams and achieved All Conference and All State recognition. As an Army captain, he was awarded a Bronze Star for successfully flying more than 200 combat missions. In his free time he enjoys family activities and is currently engaged in learning to fly a single-engine Cessna 172 Skyhawk.
