Christopher Korth
Christopher Korth operates multiple real estate and property management enterprises in Miami and Lakeland, Florida. As CEO of Miami-based Coconut Grove Gateway, LLC, he oversees a company with 24 rental units under ownership and management. He also serves as CEO of Korth Property Management, through which he has purchased, renovated, and managed three residential duplexes in Miami that maintain a rental vacancy rate below 3 percent. In Lakeland, Christopher Korth performed due diligence for the purchase of an eight-unit apartment building and three-home property, which he runs as KPL Magnolia and KPL San Gully, respectively. Under his ownership, both the KPL Magnolia and KPL San Gully properties have achieved returns of more than 20 percent.
Korth possesses a BA in accounting and finance from Florida Southern College. Before working in real estate, he served as a logistics executive and team leader for a Target store in Miami. As head of logistics, he directed three teams responsible for stocking the merchandise for a store that conducted annual sales in excess of $300 million.
To support his alma mater, Christopher Korth donates $4,000 to Florida Southern College each year. He enjoys spending his free time cooking, shooting billiards, and playing chess. During a period when he lived in New York City, he regularly played chess matches with tourists in Washington Square Park.
