An experienced North Carolina attorney, Christopher Lane handles all aspects of consumer debt collection for both plaintiffs and defendants. He also focuses on issues such as workers compensation, personal injury, employment law and domestic representation for separation agreements, divorce, custody and alimony. Prior to establishing his solo practice in 2002, Christopher “Chris” Lane developed new dealer relationships and managed more than 1,000 accounts as president of a sub-prime lending institution.
Mr. Lane holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Albion College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He also received an MBA and juris doctor from Wake Forest University. Earlier in his career, he served as an associate with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, and with McElwee Firm, PLLC.
An avid runner in his free time, he trains five times a week and runs regularly with the Twin City Track Club. He has participated in close to 60 marathons. His other hobbies include playing golf and skiing.
