I've spent my career in bars, restaurants, and retail — building a food truck from nothing, running floors, managing the chaos most people only see from the customer side. These days I trade the markets and write about what actually matters to me: faith, family, and recovery.
I've been arrested, and I don't hide from that. What defines me more is what came after — rebuilding, leaning on my faith, and getting sober. I talk openly about mental health and sobriety because too many people in this industry treat burnout and drinking as just part of the job. It doesn't have to be.
