Christopher M. Murphy

I am a railroad injury attorney at Doran and Murphy, PLLC serving in Buffalo, NY. I was recently named the Secretary/Treasurer of the AAJ Railroad Litigation Group. I am also a member of the American Association for Justice and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

I am a graduate of St. Lawrence University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.

I devoted my practice to assist people seriously injured in railroad and construction accidents, workplace accidents and automobile accidents.

I effectively represented such workers who claim for injuries, occupationally-related diseases, and wrongful death involving railroad asbestos cancers, mesothelioma, railroad diesel fume or exhaust exposure under a federal law called the Federal Employers Liability Act.
