About Me

Given that Christopher grew up in Nebraska in the 90's rooting for the formidable Cornhuskers Football Team, and is a former Collegiate basketball athlete himself, it's no surprise that he brings a competitive spirit to both his personal and professional landscape.

Case in point: Christopher's recent work and "out of the box" target concepts as Chief Growth Officer at KPCS Ventures, has put them at the forefront of Gen Alpha owned companies. A risk? Yes, perhaps. However, his strategic partnerships and equity placements in the IoT, nanotech, and unique real estate markets have positioned them in the nexus of innovation that revolutionizes most industries and indirectly affects the fabric of society. Christopher's strategy is simple: We must understand the fundamental limitations of the technologies and businesses in which we invest. Christopher believes that understanding the limitations is a key component in strategic foresight planning; allowing for powerful reframing that disrupts and opens up new perspectives.

Christopher is a seasoned multi-family and commercial real estate executive. Utilizing his skillset, experience, and network, Christopher has negotiated, managed, and closed deals with many large groups such as NASA, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Wells Fargo, Frontier Airlines, University of Kansas and many others. Solidifying win/win solutions for their real estate needs.

Life hasn't always been rainbows and sunshine for Christopher. Recognizing his weaknesses, accepting change, and being true to himself and others sits at the forefront of his core values. Christopher enjoys sharing his story and passion with future professionals, businesses, and educational institutions. In addition, he also engages in leading creative workshops, and has served as a volunteer, fundraiser, and advisor for several community organizations.

Christopher resides in Scottsdale, AZ. He has three beautiful daughters ages 10, 7, and 5. In his free time, Christopher enjoys hiking, rucking, being on the water, and extreme obstacle courses.
