My work combines insights from neuroanthropology, musicology, creative therapeutic practice and modern nervous system science.

Drawing on years of international field research (100+ countries), creative practice, documentary filmmaking and educational work, I am using evidence-informed approaches rooted in breath, voice, rhythm, movement, mindfulness and focused attention to support self-regulation, resilience and sustainable performance.
