My professional experience for over fourteen (14) years in positions of responsibility in a Cooperative Bank, with a wide range of financial and audit content items under way as an Internal Auditor, as well as a CEO in an NGO with national and international activity, provide me with the ability to become effective member of an organization and take decisions regarding the evaluation of financial and compliance procedures, accounting and financial issues, that underscore my focus on efficient business operations in general.

My passion, also, for practical education has provided me with adequate experience in understanding different educational environments with complex needs. Objects such as financial analysis, implementation of IFRS in firms’ financial statements, Management of Small and Medium Size Enterprises, as well as Corporate Finance have given me a very constructive basement for educational and scientific research framework.

At the same time, my second degree in Economics and my involvement with modern research "tools", such as the development of econometric models at the level of firms’ economic efficiency and productivity, further deepen my perspectives on business economic and financial impacts with endogenous and exogenous factors.

My future research plans are to focus more thoroughly on firms’ managerial, financial (quantitative) and qualitative characteristics for empowering innovation within SMEs day-by-day operation.
