Hello, my name is Christy and I love anything associated with design!

My passion for art has always been both a gift and a tool. Art, in my recognition, is an expression of one's life. It enables the creator to express their emotions and generate powerful messages or sentiments for their viewers. I believe that my own passion is shaped through the firsthand experiences that I have and will encounter. This is the main reason why I have decided to pursue a career as a visual designer which will enable me to explore the world from a creative perspective. I hope to grow as an individual and bring impact through my designs and artworks that can contribute to social change.

As a student studying the Creative Industries sectors, I have strategically focused my coursework in graphics communications, media business, and marketing. These areas of study would help me develop the necessary skills and knowledge to take on duties related to content design or multimedia communication. Since my intention is to become a visual designer after I graduate, I have started to acquire related experience in visual designing and marketing through participating in school committees and working in relevant companies. From these involvements, I was able to create many different promotional advertisements and content for social media, along with videography and company web pages to help publicize as well as enhance their products and services.

Personally, I believe there is no predefined roadmap to achieve success in creativity and innovation rather, we are usually presented with approximate directions that provide guidance in our lives which is why I am seeking an internship position that will foster my creativity and diverse my skillset as an aspiring visual designer.
