More than five years experience in Customer service in Retail Financial Services, managing international mortgage portfolios of more than 300 accounts per month and responsible for resolving financial customer inquiries. Almost two years experience in Advertising industry included project management, account servicing, events management such as corporate launches, sales conferences and other creative and corporate events.

A big chunk of my work experience is providing excellent customer service, effectively managing clients/accounts and strategic business and marketing campaign development.
