Christopher Ulrich

Chris has been with United Home Loans since 2004. Throughout his tenure in mortgage lending, Chris has focused on helping both first time and move up homebuyers finance their new home. Aside from existing homes, he has helped finance hundreds of new construction homes in near-Chicago communities.

Although Chris has concentrated primarily on FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Jumbo loans throughout his career, he is well-seasoned in all aspects of the mortgage industry having closed over 1,000 loans as a mortgage banker with United Home Loans.

Chris is a member of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals and is certified by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
