Chris Wainer

Chris Wainer is a strength and conditioning coach based in Manchester, UK. Chris has helped athletes and exercise enthusiasts at all levels – from amateur sports to GB ranks – achieve their highest levels of performance in a variety of sports.

Chris received his Master of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning through the BASES-endorsed Centre for Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. At SHU, Chris was involved in scientific support for scholarship athletes and research in the physiology and biomechanics laboratories. Previously, Chris graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Second Class Honours (First Division) Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Following graduation, Chris has worked as a personal trainer for Virgin Active at Parrs Wood, Manchester for the past two years.

Chris is also the President and co-founder of Results Inc., a health and performance consultancy business founded in 2011. Chris was one of the strength and conditioning coaches and staff member for the England Under 19 Men's Lacrosse Team for the 2012 Under 19 World Championships in Turku, Finland.
