I am the director of generosity initiatives for Leadership Network and a senior generosity strategist for Generis. I'm also the co-author of Contagious Generosity. My wife, the fabulous Susan Willard, and I live in Orlando and are the parents of three young adult kids. Since 1999, we have also served together on speaking team for the FamilyLife Weekend to Remember marriage getaway.
