‭Chris Win‭‭‭‭

Chris Win is a Senior Analyst with seven years of experience in electric utility pricing and rates. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Demand-Side Management (CDSM) professional. Chris performs load research and analysis, development of retail rates and sophisticate pricing model, verification of utility retail billing, and design/implementation/tracking of Power Cost Adjustment. His existing research project focuses on dynamic pricing and Time-of-Use rates.

He also the Major and National Account Representative. He works with Economic & Community Development team to attract new businesses to Georgia, to develop competitive pricing proposals for customer choice, and to conduct major account reviews. Chris graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. During his undergraduate, Chris was hired by BellSouth Telecommunication’s TechNet division to develop an asset management system to track $2M of TechNet asset.
