I founded The Good Network to provide a warm hug to newcomers as they transition to a new country. We help people find work in their field faster by helping them to discover what makes them outstanding.

I am currently launching a company called Accountifi. The goal is to have small business stay in business longer and be more successful by borrowing the best practices from Fortune500 companies. We offer and Accounting and Finance Department for small business.

I am a founding director of the One More Candle project. Our mission is to have the world adopt the names of the 1.5 million children who were murdered in the holocaust. Many never had anyone say kaddish for them, which is a traditional Jewish mourning ritual. Traditionally, on the anniversary of someone's death a candle is lit and burns for a whole day - bringing light into the world once again and helping family members remember and not forget their beloved ones.
