I'm a Holistic Integral Coach currently living in Oakland, CA. I offer one-to-one and small group coaching for budding healers, therapists, and other solo-preneurs. I'm also a doctoral student in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in SF. My studies involve holistic and embodied psychology's contributions to a deepened appreciation of gender and race. I am also an informal student of yoga, meditation, and embodied movement of over twenty years.

In my one-to-one coaching, I support you to make pending decisions, take that next small leap or big step to upscale your service in an embodied, grounded, and systemic manner. You will benefit most as a one-to-one coaching client if you are ready for significant change: whether upscaling the financial or logistical aspects of your new practice, or committing to your new career direction via a specific, sustainable plan. My small group coaching brings in more actionable accountability to your process via the company of other fellow solo-preneurs.
