I graduated from WCCMT in April 2014, and I wrote and passed the provincial board exams & practical assessment finally becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in September 2014. I have grown to have a clinically-orientated approach to my massage, and I am known for having a deep touch.

I officially opened Aspect Health & Registered Massage Therapy in a dedicated basement suite at 1530 McTavish Road in North Saanich on January 1st 2015. My goal is to help professionals reduce and manage the pain and stress in their lives. Professional lifestyles are often extremely busy with high-stress factors. This will often lead to ignored aches and pains that may eventually become debilitating; affecting a person’s ability to work, play or even just function in their daily lives.

I offer orthopedic assessment; massage therapy and remedial exercise instruction to help my patients determine and correct any muscular imbalances or dysfunctions as the cause of these aches and pains. The benefits of my services are reduced pain and stress along with the personal power and motivation of direction and instruction for my patient’s to take their musculoskeletal health into their own hands with remedial strengthening and stretching exercise that they can do on their own at home to help themselves feel better. These benefits lead to a cascade of other benefits including reduced anxiety, increased clarity of thought, a greater ability to function in their activities of daily living, less need for over the counter pain medications; and generally an overall enhanced quality of life.

I got into this career after building a professional position for myself in office administration because I wanted to make my life more livable; I found the key to doing so was helping others improve their own quality of living!

I am a registered massage therapist. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2014. I received registration status with the College of Massage Therapists in BC in November 2014. I am also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association in BC.
