She currently works at a non-profit organization, where she coordinates youth leadership programs to develop and nurture youth's leadership skills and teach video making as a tool to create positive social change. In the Fall of 2011, the White House of Asian American Pacific Islanders have recognized her work as a Champion of Change. Her interests are in leadership development, social and cultural identity, video making, social justice and the personal stories that we all have.
