Chuck Davisson

Being born at a very early age, I grew tall, skinny and semi-introverted, with a wickedly skewed sense of humor. I graduated from the University of Virginia and fell into the computer field at the recommendation of an old college roommate who must've forgotten that I failed 2 computer programming classes. The rest is history. I'm currently working at AOL (yes, we're still around, and it's not your dad's AOL anymore. Seriously. Check it out!).

I love spending time in the kitchen cooking up new things. To me, recipes are just starting, and jumping off points or at best guidelines. The fun, magic, and most of all, the taste come from making the dish your own by changing it up to suit your mood, what's available in season (or just in the fridge ;-) and your tastes, especially if it involves basil!
