When I began purchasing property in my early 20s, I became fascinated but what I wasn't taught in school. Reading & attending conferences about real estate & business development led me down a path resulting in me working for myself for most of my life.

My wife (Pam) is also an entrepreneur & so are our 3 adult children. We've gained hands on experiences investing in & managing a portfolio of single & multi-unit properties. Our company, Legacy Makers, was started to teach communities about financial education, real estate and success principles.

We're helping people of all ages establish a positive mindset, build a strong financial foundation and generate passive, residual income.
