Cinematography is a passion of mine. Storytelling with light takes pateince and love. The most important task of the cinematographer is creating an atmosphere. The foudation of the film: its script, its vision, its actors, and its crew. If done right, filmmaking can be a rewarding expereince for the audience and its' entire production team. Nichiren Buddhism gives me courage solving problems, carrying out the intentions of the script, and photographing the atmosphere in the way the director intended. Nichiren Daishonin says, "The wise will rejoice while the foolish will retreat." (The Three Obstacles and Four Devils, WND I pg. 637)
