Chuck Rocha

A political strategist committed to progressive causes such as labor rights and environmental conservation, Chuck Rocha serves Solidarity Strategies as president. Since 2010, the firm has supported dozens of congressional candidates in their local races as well as national progressive candidates such as Senator Bernie Sanders. Complementing his role at Solidarity Strategies, Chuck Rocha helps lead the Truman Center in his capacity as fellow. The nonprofit brings together stakeholders such as veterans and policy experts to drive policy projects and encourage political advocacy.

Over the course of his career, Chuck Rocha has developed significant experience related to the voting interests of the Latino community. In fact, he sits on the Executive Board for the Labor Council of Latin American Advancement (LCLAA). The organization focuses on furthering the interests of working families of Latin descent. Mr. Rocha’s responsibilities with the LCLAA include chairing the Election Subcommittee. Besides his background with the LCLAA, he previously served the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute as executive board member.

In terms of media, Mr. Rocha has provided political commentary on such television networks as CNN and MSNBC.
