Chuck Schmalzried is the Co-Owner of Michelle Construction, a home-building company located near Devil's Lake in Michigan. Grateful for his role at Michelle Construction after a business dissolution in 2007, Chuck takes pride in crafting homes, prioritizing meaningful memories over mere houses. Relationships are his career highlight. Chuck and his partner - Michelle - draw upon their respective successful careers in the home-building and construction industry to craft truly gorgeous homes with a timeless, yet modern appeal.

In addition to his career in construction, Chuck served in the United State's Air Force from 1986-1992 in active duty during Operation Desert Storm. Here, the importance and meaning of hard work was truly engrained in him, something he has taken with him in every aspect of his life. One of his passions is to shine a light on the brave men and women who serve and, in extreme cases, given the ultimate gift of their life to help protect and preserve the freedom of those the innocent and of those they love.

Chuck's newfound appreciation for holistic approaches to maintaining health and well-being emerged relatively recently. It was during a challenging period when he witnessed a close family member battle cancer that he personally witnessed the positive impact of holistic treatments, notably through the use of medical marijuana. Since that time, Chuck has developed a deep fascination with the diverse array of methods available for addressing illnesses through natural remedies and lifestyle adjustments.
Beyond his professional pursuits and his passion for holistic health, Chuck takes great pleasure in narrating and highlighting the courageous individuals who serve in the United States Armed Forces.
