Crystal Chen

Ohio-born, Nebraskan-raised, and California-cultured, Crystal Chen is a Hong Kong dweller interested in a number of things, most markedly 1) If technology will outlive humanity, 2) The ouvre of J.S. Bach, and 3) The consumption of Wang Wang Biscuits, which you can buy at Wellcome grocery stores for HK$18/jumbo pack.

In her professional hours, she runs comms, pop-ups, and a little bit of everything for ecommerce startup GRANA. She also does photoshoot production and art direction on a freelance basis because, you know, pretty things.

Crystal is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and LOLCAT, loves classical music, and takes advantage of concert-going and hotel lobby pianos whenever she gets the chance. She is always up for hikes, reading on park benches, and talking about the universe.
