Hey there, I’m Chukwu Michael Chukwu . I’m a public speaker, leadership developer, capacity builder and life coach living in Abuja Nigeria. I am a fan of writing, education, and innovation. I’m also interested in reading and entrepreneurship.

I am the Executive Director of Pathfinders INET, Africa. Through my organization with my ebullient team had trained several youth leaders, students, civil society groups, religious leaders and corporate bodies.

Between September 2016 and February 2017, through my organization organized leadership roundtable called Emerging Leaders Roundtable for potential leaders, which over 50 youths benefited from it. Between 2017and 2020, collaborated with FCT Secondary Education Board trained over 3000 students in 18 secondary schools on Leadership & Ethics in Abuja. In 2022, collaborated with Love 104.5 FM Abuja and National Human Rights Commission organized leadership seminar for youth, women, civil society and religious leaders.

I have trained several youth, religious and corporate organization's leaders. Such as Halogen security operatives, Love FM staff, Akwaibom State Community Abuja, several religious leaders, students union leaders, Nigerian Society of Engineers Abuja, Junior Chambers International Abuja Metro and many more.

I have spoken at several events (conferences, seminars, workshops etc) within Nigeria; volunteered for many organizations and causes. I have also participated in several national policy discourses on youth development.

I have received many awards and honors from my university days and from other organizations like Junior Chambers International, Nigerian Society of Engineers etc. I have attended several leadership trainings both online and physical including John Maxwell visual leadership and mentorship class for months, and several courses.

Presently, through my organization, Pathfinders INET Africa planed three social impact programs for execution. They are: Formative Leadership for secondary school students, Unleash The Leader In You for youths and Community Leadership for peace and development in our communities.
