Chulumanco Makeleni

I am Chulumanco Makeleni, a third-year Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Business Studies and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). My academic journey reflects a passion for teaching and a strong interest in how technology can transform learning. I enjoy exploring ICT in depth, from data analysis and digital tools to emerging innovations like artificial intelligence and I am motivated by the potential of these technologies to make education more inclusive, engaging and future focused.

I am equally committed to Business Studies, where I focus on equipping learners with practical knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and critical thinking abilities. My vision as a future educator is to bridge business concepts with technology, creating lessons that are both relevant and empowering. I believe education should prepare learners to thrive in a digital world while remaining grounded in their cultural identities and I aspire to contribute to classrooms that are inclusive, innovative and transformative.
