Chris Hyderkhan

Christopher Hyderkhan is a future PricewaterhouseCooper's Associate, an Honor's Finance and Accounting undergraduate student at the University of Delaware, a member of UD's Men's Club Soccer Team, and a tutor for the University's Accounting department.

Throughout his undergraduate career, Christopher has participated in many different extracurricular activities. He has been a member of the Men's Club Soccer Team since he began at the University of Delaware. For the past two years, he has been the Treasurer of the team. As Treasurer of the club, his duties include managing the club's finances, budgeting its funds, and accounting for all dues, expenses, and other monetary aspects of the club.

As a member of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, Christopher assists younger students by tutoring for the University's Accounting department. He helps students who are taking the introductory Accounting courses required of all business students.

Christopher also focuses quite rigorously on his own academics, setting himself apart from many of his peers. He received three separate awards during his junior year that recognized his hard work and dedication to academics. Two of the awards came directly from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics; one from the Department of Accounting and MIS, and the other from the Department of Finance. Each of these awards recognized him as one of the top seven students in the respective majors. The third was awarded by the Financial Executives Institute for being the "Outstanding Junior in the Department of Accounting," and had been voted on by faculty and staff at the University, as well as members of FEI.

During the Summer of 2015, Christopher interned at PricewaterhouseCooper's in their Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. He was an Assurance intern and was a part of multiple teams where he performed meaningful, client-facing work. He assisted in auditing financial statements, helped perform financial statement tie-outs, reviewed internal controls of the client, and went on the occasional coffee run.

After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware, Christopher is excited to begin a new chapter of his life at PwC, working full-time as an Assurance Associate in Philadelphia.
