i only have two triggers. one is self harm. whether u post a picture of it, a character doing it, or if it's mentioned in ur caption, PLEASE TAG IT. i get very anxious nd it makes me panic.

also tag those dumb 'trypophobia' photos. they make me feel rly gross and i will scratch at an area until the skin almost breaks bc i often feel like something is under my skin when i see those photos.thank u!

as for mental disorders, i don't think i have any..? so u won't see me posting abt any of them or anything. the only thing u might see me post about that is a medical condition is my anemia, bc it bothers me sometimes or it'll get in the way of some stuff i do, so i use instagram as a little place to let out a bit of stress from it sometimes. sorry!
