Creative and Innovative Development Organization (CIDO), established in 2005, is a non-profit organization addressing poverty, inequality, and climate challenges in high-altitude regions of Pakistan. Registered under the Social Welfare Societies Act 1961 and the Societies Registration Act 1860, CIDO serves over 0.47 million people across 24 Union Councils (UCs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province within the Hindu Kush Himalayan (HKH) region, covering 14,850 km².
