I am a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am majoring in Psychology with a certificate in Childhood and Adolescent Studies.

My research in this lab focuses on social support and psychosocial factors among HIV/AIDS-Positive African American Dyads.
Scholar:
Summer Research Opportunities Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Under the mentorship of Dr. Carla D. Hunter I am working on an independent project where I am exploring African American emerging adults' conceptualization of adulthood.
Future Directions:
I am interested in Clinical Psychology Ph.D programs that follow the Scientist-Practitioner Model. I would like to pursue graduate research that focuses on developing empirically-tested interventions for African Americans.
