Hello, my name is Ciera. I am the Digital Content and Media Relations Manager for a children's hospital in Valhalla, NY.

I am passionate about both health and fitness and storytelling. After getting my undergraduate degree, I took a long road to find what I wanted to do as a career, making a few stops as a massage therapist and personal trainer, as well as working as a TV producer for the Syfy channel. Eventually, I realized I could combine both my passion for health and fitness with storytelling through working in healthcare media and communications.

I'm interested in anything coffee, exploring, photography, and running.
