Cierra Matthews

Greetings, I’m Cierra Matthews. I’m currently a graduate student studying behavior analysis at Simmons University. I reside in the Atlanta area and upon completing my program, I aspire to pursue a career in OBM (organizational behavior management). I currently work as a behavioral therapist providing early intervention ABA services for children with autism. I worked as a special education teacher for two years as well.

I’m interested in organizational behavior management becuase I am a firm believer that a company should provide a safe, secure , and beneficial working environment for their employees. It is important that employees are motivated to contribute to the ins and outs of a business, feel appreciated for their contributions, and have opportunities to advance. I am looking forward to applying behavior analytic principles to supoort the work environment for various businesses.
