I am -essentially- an interpersonal alchemist, a concept that synthesizes more than a decade of training and experience with multi-dimensional therapeutic techniques for self-development. I am a Clinical Psychologist trained in Gestalt, M.A. in Integrative Health Studies, Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, Mentor & Consultant, Transformational Group Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance Teacher, and writer.
Lover of life, dreamer and optimistic advocate for awakening, psycho-spiritual transformation, and social innovation. Innate paradigm-shifter with restless curiosity and untamed creativity.
As a therapist, educator, practitioner, facilitator, and consultant, I work enhancing awareness and consciousness towards an embodied paradigm shift; a meta-level transformation that requires engaging in the world from the perspective of the whole, for the wellbeing of all. I am devoted to blending healing and leadership, science and spirit, and nature and technology, to provide integral growth for individuals, groups, and organizations.
Currently dedicated to the creation of an integral model: Holistic Leadership and Healing. On one hand, the model is focused on the development of integral programs for the restoration of health and wellbeing for individuals who want to transition to a more sustainable healthy lifestyle. On the other hand, I mentor health/wellness professionals and practitioners to actualize their calling into a more practical delivery through conscious marketing strategies, and to develop their own method to profesionalize their services.
