Cindy Guzman was born in New York but raised in Miami from Dominican parents. Her background is strongly rooted in her Dominican culture filled with great food, good music, and hard working people.

Cindy Guzman has an AS in Psychology and a BS in Health Service Administration which she obtained in 2005 from Barry University in the top 2% of her class. She became licensed in Real Estate in March 2005. Her first deal was a $1.8 million dollar luxury condo in Murano Grand Miami Beach with a renowned luxury real estate investor. She worked exclusively in luxury Real Estate over the next years closing millions in volume.

Cindy Guzman speaks English and Spanish making her very instrumental in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale market. She has strong negotiation skills and utilizes her psychology background to identify her clients’ needs.

Being a Floridian raised, she is extremely familiar with Miami Dade and Broward Counties markets. She currently lives in Broward County, which is an up and coming community that offers a diverse and affluent environment to accommodate every need. From Pembroke Pines to Ft. Lauderdale, Cindy has it all covered.

Cindy Guzman’s specialty is working with investors from all over the world. She has sold properties to people from countries like the Dominican Republic and Colombia. Cindy also works with a variety of clients that live in New York, New Jersey, and Texas. Cindy likes to work with people that are knowledgeable to the market.
