I have worked in West Michigan for over 23 years providing counseling, therapy, direction and supervision to adults and children from diverse backgrounds. I have served clients with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, complicated grief and other mood disorders. I have also has assisted families and couples with relationship problems, parenting and caregiver burnout and guided children and adolescents with a variety of difficulties. I specialize in assisting individuals and families who are experiencing a variety of challenges involving medical issues, life crises, chronic illness, bereavement and adjustment difficulties. I have advised clients facing medical diagnoses, helping them to cope and navigate the healthcare system, and assisted adult children who have newly diagnosed parents, helping them to find solutions for their care needs.
