Cindy Usprech

I am currently the Vice President, Human Resources for Nightingale Informatix Corporation (www.nightingalemd.com; TSX-V: NGH). I am very passionate about building company culture in order to support talented teams to achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Nightingale, I was Director, Human Resources for Marketwire (a global social media and technology company) and Director, Human Resources for GuestLogix. I have also worked and held similar roles at Sigma Systems and 724 Solutions.

I am a graduate of York University (B.A., Sociology), am a member of the HRPAO and am listed in Cambridge's Who's Who as of 2011.
