A little bit about me. I have always had a passion for health, fitness and fashion. I started a women's fitness coaching company 8 years ago. My reward came from helping others achieve their personal fitness goals via innovation fitness, an all womens fitness concept based in Rochester, Minnesota.

People who are close to me also know I have a passion for fashion - always have, always will. I have worked for major designers out of New York City and have owned my own upscale boutiques. Having the opportunity to blend my passions is a blessing.

I love all things French, to travel the world, read, listen to a variety of music genres, spend time with my family and play golf.
